"To serve those in need within the community with respect and dignity."
|The St. Frances of Rome Food Bank is a non-profit organization that serves over 100 families a month within the local community. It is managed by a team of volunteers that are dedicated to community service. Our goal is to serve those in need within the community with respect and dignity with out regard to race, religion, gender, orentation, race, or creed.|
The summer season is the second busiest time of the year, with the holiday season being the first. Many individuals do not realize that children are home from school and parents must provide an additional 2 meals per child (breakfast and lunch) everyday. Our average household has approximately 4 children and amounts to about 16 meals per day, not including adults.
With this season quickly approaching, we are asking the community to donate any non-perishable items to help us get through the summer months. Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated.
All donations may be dropped off at: St. Frances of Rome Parish Center 506 N. Soldano Ave. Azusa, Ca 91702
Monetary donations may be sent to: St. Frances of Rome Food Bank 501 E. Foothill Blvd. Azusa, Ca 91702 (626) 969-1829
Due to lack of resources registration is limited to those who reside in the City of Azusa.
Those receiving benefits must provide the following.
1. Identification for all who reside in the household. Regardless of age.
2. Proof of residency (Gas or Light and water bill)
3. Rent receipt/mortgage payment
