Dear St. Frances of Rome Students and Parents,
It is a great pleasure to welcome you to St. Frances of Rome School. St. Frances of Rome School offers a comprehensive TK to 8th Grade Catholic education that prepares students for High School, College and Future Careers. We are proud to provide these services as part of the St. Frances of Rome Parish Mission.
The academic program at St. Frances of Rome focuses on the integration of the Common Core Standards and the Philosophy of Catholic Education. Student study Language Arts, History, Social Science, and Math on a daily basis. This is bolstered by the participation of every student in daily religion study. Prayer is a component of every day and students attend mass weekly. We have a strong link to our families and work as partners with parents in the educational process for each child. The success of every child is our mission and our goal.
As a vital part of the parish and local community St. Frances of Rome School offers a great deal. Students enjoy enrichment classes provided by our PTO as well as additional support and tutoring offered by our classroom teachers. Service to the community is a vital part of our mission. Students participate in a variety of activities that are designed to connect them to service within their community. The activities include visits to the elderly in the community as well as support of our local first responders. St. Frances of Rome School also works with Azusa Pacific University to provide educational and social opportunities for the students. These have included tutoring and visits to the Opera in the past. We are pleased to have these connections to our community that provide greater opportunities for our students.
All are welcome to visit our school. The school can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (626)334-2018 Ext. 1000. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
Miss. Mary Branca
