Donations Needed!!!The summer season is the second busiest time of the year, with the holiday season being the first. Many individuals do not realize that children are home from school and parents must provide an additional 2 meals per child (breakfast and lunch) everyday. Our average household has approximately 4 children and amounts to about 16 meals per day, not including adults.
Due to lack of resources registration is limited to those who reside in the City of Azusa.
Those receiving benefits must provide the following.
1. Identification for all who reside in the household. Regardless of age.
2. Proof of residency (Gas or Light and water bill)
3. Rent receipt/mortgage payment
