christian initiationIn the Catholic Church the process to help an an adult, or child of catechetical age (5+), become Catholic is known as Christian Initiation. Through this process individuals become a fully initiated Catholic through the reception of the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist).
Christian Initiation is for- Any unbaptized person who seeks to follow Christ in his Church as preparation for Christian discipleship through baptism, confirmation, and the Eucharist.
- Anyone baptized from another Christian community seeking to be Catholic through preparation for Confirmation and Communion.
- Any baptized Catholic who seeks to increase his devotion as a disciple of Jesus Christ through the realization of the other sacraments of initiation such as Confirmation and Communion.
Regardless of a person’s sacramental history the preparation towards full initiation in the Church is one that occurs gradually over time as the person moves through different periods of spiritual growth. Christian Initiation does not have a set timeline because it respects the individuality of the person and will vary based on their freedom, desires, and overall sacramental readiness. -

- Step 2: Complete the Registration Form - Please contact Jesus Rodriguez if you are interested in becoming Catholic or completing your Sacraments of Initiation
- Step 3: You will be contacted by a RCIA Team Member to schedule a Meet & Greet
